Yes, I can guarantee all work carried out by Housewarm for a full 12 months and I will fix any problems caused by the installation or work done. 

Brand new parts typically come with a 12 month warranty from the supplier, but sometimes second hand parts for boiler repairs are the best (or only) option and might not have a warranty.

A radiator might not be heating up for many diferent reasons.

Here are some my most common:

  • Radiator valve turned off or faulty
  • Radiator needs the air bleeding out
  • Central heating system needs balanced

To bleed a radiator, turn off the heating system, use a radiator key to open the bleed valve (usually located at the top of the radiator), and release any trapped air until water starts to come out.

Anyone can repair a leaking radiator but sometimes it’s left to the pros. If you have a radiator valve leaking water from one of the nuts, then tightening the nut up with an adjustable spanner will fix the leak most of the time.
