We fit high-efficiency replacements across Newcastle and North Tyneside, keeping the process straightforward from quote to completion.
Core installation packages
10-year warranty
Get long-term peace of mind with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years on your new boiler upgrade. Note: you must get your boiler serviced every year to keep this warranty valid.
Thermostats
Every setup includes a compliant wireless programmable thermostat. Upgrades to a premium smart Hive thermostat are available upon request, allowing you to manage your heating from your phone.
Magnetic filters
Protect your investment from day one. We fit a high-efficiency magnetic heating system filter with every installation to capture sludge, keeping your system clean and running efficiently.
Transparent boiler replacement pricing
Every home has different heating demands, but pricing shouldn’t be a guessing game. A standard combi boiler replacement with everything needed typically ranges from £1,800 to £2,400 including VAT. The total cost mainly depends on your boiler of choice and whether you select a 5-year or 10-year manufacturer’s warranty package.
Whether we are completing a straightforward combi swap or a full traditional-to-combi system conversion, we size the system perfectly to your property. By installing reliable, high-performing boilers from leading manufacturers, we ensure optimal energy efficiency the moment the system is commissioned. If your current system is working but needs a fix instead of a full replacement, we also provide rapid, reliable boiler repairs.
Legal TRV requirements
Under current Part L Building Regulations, installing a replacement boiler makes it a legal requirement to have independent temperature controls in every room. The most practical way to achieve this is by fitting Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs).
TRV Requirements: If your property does not already have them, they must be retrofitted during the boiler installation. Regulations require a TRV on all but one radiator (the radiator in the same room as your main wall thermostat remains open as a bypass).
Pricing: Supplying and fitting new, high-quality TRVs is priced at £40 per radiator.

FAQs
How long does a boiler installation take?
A standard combi-to-combi boiler replacement is usually completed in a single day. A full system conversion—such as changing an old traditional regular boiler setup over to a modern combi system—typically takes 2 days depending on the complexity of your property’s pipework.
How long is the boiler warranty and what does it cover?
Installations come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years, giving long-term peace of mind on parts and labor. In addition, the installation workmanship is fully guaranteed for 12 months. Please note that to keep a manufacturer’s warranty valid, the boiler must be serviced every year.
Do you fit radiators?
Yes, new radiators can be supplied and installed alongside a boiler replacement. Whether the job requires replacing just a single radiator or upgrading a full house, additional radiators can easily be added directly to the quote.
You can use HouseWarms BTU calculator to work out the correct output needed for your rooms in seconds if you are buying your own.
Is the heating system flushed during installation?
Yes, absolutely. Every installation automatically includes a comprehensive chemical system flush and cleanse. This removes built-up sludge and debris from existing radiators and pipework before the new boiler is commissioned, ensuring maximum efficiency from day one. Additionally, the system is protected by a magnetic heating filter to help stop new sludge from building up over time.
How do I know what size boiler my home needs?
The correct size depends entirely on the home’s hot water demands and the number of bathrooms, rather than just the number of radiators. During a free quote consultation, a precise calculation of the property’s heating loads is completed to match the home with the perfect, most energy-efficient model.
