Steven carried out a brilliant job of capping off old redundant gas pipework in our house. Then after capping it off, reinstated the gas supply and tested to check there were no leaks. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very quick response to my email enquiry, then the two radiators were replaced within days. They looked great and the work was undertaken with care (we’d just got new carpets and had decorators in who noticed the radiators could be faulty when they were painting them) with no damage at all to the carpet or walls. I was really pleased that only what was needed was suggested; for example he was clear we didn’t need new valves, so didn’t try to unnecessarily sell us them and when I asked about a slow-draining shower, he said it would be a very disruptive amount of work for only a little benefit.
