If your existing pipes are 15mm then yes you can connect to threm anywhere for a new radiator. If the pipes are 10mm or smaller, you will need to trace those small pipes back to where they connect to bigger pipes then run some new pipes in from the bigger pipes.
If it’s a small radiator you might get away with teeing in to 10mm pipes but typically it will cause one radiator to not heat up properly.
